About Genesyx
Genesyx is a 90-day XX / XY preconception programme for couples who want to try the Shettles approach with a clear plan, safe products and honest information. It is operated by SF MEDIA & PR LTD, a UK company, alongside the free Genesyx companion app. Genesyx does not claim that any method can choose or guarantee a baby's sex.
What Genesyx is
Genesyx brings together the parts of the Shettles approach that couples usually piece together alone: a route-specific supplement formula, a nutrition guide, at-home vaginal pH and ovulation tests, and a companion app that shows your readings and timing window in one view. There are two routes: XX for couples hoping for a girl and XY for couples hoping for a boy.
What we believe
- Honesty first. Research has not shown that timing, pH or diet reliably changes a baby's sex. We say so on every page, and our evidence page lists the studies.
- Safety over hacks. We never recommend douching or home remedies to change vaginal pH.
- Every outcome is welcome. Genesyx is a plan to follow together, not a promise.

Genesyx is operated by SF MEDIA & PR LTD, a UK company. The same team builds the Genesyx companion app, available free on the App Store, and runs theGenesyx shop.
How we keep content accurate
Every guide cites its sources. We review educational guides at least every 90 days and update them when guidance or research changes.
